Corrected pricing for VPN Gateway.

Because of a system issue, a small number of customers were undercharged for VPN Gateway from October 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019. We've identified that your Azure subscription was impacted. Effective November 1, 2019, we will begin charging for VPN Gateway based on the prices reflected on azure.microsoft.com.

Since this was our error, you will not be responsible for the missed charges. We have also taken the necessary corrective actions to help prevent a reoccurrence.
